The Raspberry House
George found himself in quite a predicament. Should he suspend his disbelief, clear the haze in his eyes, and recognize there were two perfectly dressed animals standing directly in front of him? Or should he run away? They seemed just as startled at the sight of George, so it all seemed quite fair in that regard. However, he didn't have time to methodically process the repercussions of believing the animals standing before were him were real, and seemingly human, before one of them spoke. Out loud.
This was my very first big book project! I had the pleasure of working with Nancy Cotril, and illustrated the chapter headings and the book cover.
